In today’s post, we are diving into all of the laundry room decor we used in our coastal laundry room design. We are hoping that this gives you some fun laundry room ideas, even if you have a small laundry room like us! Our laundry room is small, but it packs a punch – very, very extra! And, we love it. We’re linking all of the easy swipe and shop items below, but I’m also including some details and links to specific colors and tile in the content.
One of the fun details we started this design with was two framed prints we did the white wood frame and print) of coastal scenes from Smallwoods. One is east coast (seen below) and one is west coast – expressing our love for all things beach! These scenes really set the stage for a fun, coastal chic laundry room inspiration that we adore. From there, we found a super fun tile, that we linked here. And, we paired that tile with SW 7601 Dockside Blue on the cabinets. We’ve linked all of the hardware below.
We added warmth to the room with a rattan details and, we added in two washable rug ideas for anyone wanting to add some softness to the space. Right now, we are loving the tile too much to cover it! We also adore the cloth containers we added to the shelves for storage that keeps things organized and out of site. LOVE.
Finally, laundry room lighting can be tricky. Obviously, natural light is always amazing, but we didn’t have that option here. So, we chose a pendant light with some fun personality to add a nice warm glow to the space. Our contractor looked at us like we were crazy when we told him we were putting a small chandelier in the laundry room (it’s okay, we are a little extra), but everyone who visits loves how this laundry room design turned out. So, we’re counting it as a win!
