SHIPPING

Standard shipping is free. A white glove service is available and price is calculated at checkout. Items are delivered directly to your door with an easy one-click checkout. We only ship to the United States. 

When you purchase through Costiero Design & Decor, orders are fulfilled by our trade partner, Side Door.

Side Door’s logistics and customer service team, which is top notch, will handle any questions on your order, delivery, change of address, etc.  Their email is info@onsidedoor.com.

White glove delivery includes bringing in the delivery to the desired room you want it in, unboxing, light assembly, and removal of all the packing material. Two flights of stairs are also included in this service.

SHIPPING TIMES

In stock items will ship within 2 weeks.  Inside our collections you will see up to date lead times, please add 2 weeks to all times listed for processing.

RETURNS

Please note: all sales are final on items purchased via Side Door.

If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it. Please send images of the box exterior and shipping labels to process a claim. We will take care of the rest. Please email info@costierointeriordesign.com with all damaged goods reports.
